| Details: | SUMMARY: Error identified in reporting nitrate sample DETAILS: Incorrect well sample source documented. Nitrate sample was not from well #4 (Unio 2496). Sample was from well #1 (Unio639) that is only used as an emergency backup. ACTION NEEDED: Water testing lab will send amended report correcting the reporting error. Continue to keep well #1 removed from recirculation. Use only as an emergency backup. Operators need to continue to locate the source of contamination. Judy Rygg stated that Island City has hired Anderson Perry for consultation. | ||
