| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: We shut down the motel for lack of water. Water lines were repaired and the motel reopened. Sample was taken as a quarterly requirement. Came back positive for coliform. The sample was taken at the restaurant instead of the motel. Will correct. 4 repeats and 5 routines will follow. ACTION NEEDED: Repeats and routines. | ||
