Details:	SUMMARY: Nitrate above action level DETAILS: Call to facility and spoke with Phil, Loree not available. They are aware of the chemical results.The nitrate level of 8.94 exceeds the action but not the MCL. ACTION NEEDED: They will continue to monitor routinely. We discussed that when the nitrate exceeds the MCL of 10.0 that they will be required to provide treatment at that time. He said that he understood and they were aware of that fact.
