| Details: | SUMMARY: none DETAILS: This non EPA systems routine quarterly coliform positive 7/29/09. Called Collette and discussed repeat and temporary routine sampling following positive routine. She will try to take as many repeats as she can and submit next week. She did not remove aerator or sanitize faucet before sampling. We discussed proper sampling protocol. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeats and follow proper sampling procedures. Regardless of results, 5 temporary routines required during August as well. | ||
