Details: SUMMARY: none DETAILS: Single repeats sample following quarterly routine positive also present for coliform. Called Collette and discussed need to pinpoint where problem is and correct. Wellhead is buried and system will try to improve raw sample tap in pump house to take raw sample and possibly introduce chlorine. Collette will call when new sample tap is in or if she has any questions. Only four homes and all know about problem. ACTION NEEDED: Improve raw sample tap and take sample to see if it is the source. Chlorinate if possible. This may require well head to be raised or at least located and a valve box installed for access. Correct and 5 temporary routines required in September.
