| Details: | SUMMARY: none DETAILS: 8/5/09 Routine monthly coliform positive. Called operator Dennis and discussed. Lab is bringing more sample bottle tomorrow a.m. and Dennis will take 4 repeats. Discussed sanitizing sample tap. Dennis thinks he was in a rush an may not have adequately sanitized faucet. ACTION NEEDED: Submit 4 repeats sample tomorrow and call with results. Regardless of outcome, 5 temporary routines will be needed in September. | ||
