| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 8/3/09 sample showed coliforms present. Shared results with Maggie and again confirmed w/Dean who said hed been notified by lab and had already taken 4 repeat samples today. ACTION NEEDED: If any repeats show coliform call health dept ASAP for further advice. Take 5 routine samples in the month of September. Dean was asked to communicate with ownership that this water system provides inadequate CT for consistent proper disinfection. Health Dept is urging an upgrade to assure safety of the water. | ||
