Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform routines DETAILS: Operator still thinks that more flushing is needed on the dead end lines to help clear the system. ACTION NEEDED: Repeats taken 8/11/09 I reminded the operator that one more temporary routine is needed in the month in order to meet the 5 sample requirement. Operator to call our office when the results of the repeat is known.
