Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Sample taken 8/20 was positive for coliform. Phone message left to take 4 repeat samples today to include a sample at the source. Asked Mr. Brown to return phone call to verify action the system took to identify and or correct the problem. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeat samples ASAP. Take five routine samples the month of September after problem has been resolved.
