| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform sample 8/18/09 DETAILS: 8/20/09 Spoke to Kim during survey about the coliform sample. The person that took the sample used a sink with a swivel faucet. I recommended that they use a faucet without a swivel and be sure to remove the aerator. I let him know that they need to take 4 repeat samples ASAP. If all 4 are negative than they will need to take 5 temporary routine samples in September. Kim told me he understood. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor repeat sample and follow up if necessary. | ||
