| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Received repeat coliform positive alerts. Contacted operator to determine action taken. Operator states there was a break in the line. The break was repaired prior to the original routine sample which tested positive. This section of system has been flushed and shocked after repeats samples were taken. Repeat samples have been taken and submitted after the flush and shock treatment. ACTION NEEDED: Take repeat samples immediately and submit 5 routine samples next month. | ||
