| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Positive coliform result from sample 7/31/09. Left Brian a message to sample at well and three other sites today. Brian returned phone call to verify he would be taking the samples today. Informed him to also take five routine samples in the month of September to be back on track. Will monitor results to ensure no other action is required. ACTION NEEDED: Sample four repeats today to include source water. Take 5 routine samples in the month of September. | ||
