| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive repeat coliform DETAILS: Three of 5 repeat samples were positive. On 8/12/09 I called to advise Mr. Rogers to post public notice and keep us informed of corrective actions. On 8/17/09 Rogers called to say that the system has been chlorinated and flushed. Several special samples were taken and were all good. He will take 5 routines next month. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 routines in September | ||
