| Details: | SUMMARY: Investigation coliform violation DETAILS: Called Justin Pounds who is the system Direct Responsible Charge and he indicated that the person at the facility that was responsible for testing has passed away. Justin didnt realize the samples werent being done so he said that he would sample this Friday. He also indicated that he would sample for Voc, Soc and nitrate. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor sampling to resolve the violation | ||
