| Details: | SUMMARY: Contact with operator regarding mis labeling IOC DETAILS: When well 1 was brought on line I asked Ron to take a bacteriological and nitrate sample. When reviewing the results I noticed that a Soc sample taken on 3/9/09 was incorrectly labeled. Well 1 has been off line for some years. All recent data submitted should show well 3 (China Hollow) ACTION NEEDED: Send info to state and request inventory change. | ||
