| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Positive coliform taken 7/28/09. Left message to sample at well and three other sites today knowing he doesnt have a sample tap at the well further stated the need to get one installed. Also informed him to also take five routine samples in the month of September to be back on track. Will monitor results to ensure no other action is required. Matt called back and the system has decided to chlorinate. He will submit plans, attend a water treatment level 1 class, record residual daily and plan to test for DBPs. ACTION NEEDED: Sample four repeats today. Take 5 routine samples in the month of September. | ||
