| Details: | SUMMARY: O&M Manuel Assistance DETAILS: System requested assistance with O&M manual and to provide guidance on updates for new procedures, regulatory requirements and additional general procedures that should be included that are not in the existing manual. The O&M manual only addresses the WTP and nothing in the distribution/ storage system. I provided initial procedures to focus on and will send Eric a more detailed descriptive list in the future. I also reviewed the existing coliform sampling plan and made recommendations to include pressure zones and updated sites to reflect areas impacted by the 3 sources of supply. I also suggested that he collect monthly raw water samples at the 11th street well source since that water is pumped into the distribution system once a month for approximately 30-60 minutes. ACTION NEEDED: Send O & M info to Eric for distribution/storage system. | ||
