| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Called Mrs. Fitts and she had already taken one sample from the same faucet. The lab had given her three more container. She will fill from different faucets. We discussed making sure faucets had aerators removed and that the water had run for a sufficient time. She will turn in samples tomorrow. ACTION NEEDED: Three additional samples to be taken to the lab 8/19/09 | ||
