| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Received alert and attempted contact with operator on 8/27/09 and 8/28/09. Finally contact made on 8/31/09 operator was out of the area for a couple of days. In discussion of the problem Mrs. Fitts has checked the plumbing under the building and found no concerns and is attempting to find the problem to rectify. She has provided drinking water for the rooms and has given them a notice. She will take a sample from the well head as well as the locations where positive samples were found. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to locate problem. Sample from well head and from previously positive location. | ||
