Details: SUMMARY: none DETAILS: 3 of 5 temporary routines positive. All 5 samples from same location. Called Jean and Terry and discussed chlorination of reservoir with Terry and he will take special sample from wellhead to locate where contamination is from. System already added 1.5 gallons bleach to reservoir. Discussed adding 4 gallons for approximately 10ppm. Will add more chlorine after results from well head to ensure systems does not have to chlorinate well. Discussed Tier 2 public notice with Jean and she has template. ACTION NEEDED: Try to correct problem and take at least 2 special verification samples (wellhead and distribution). Submit copy of public notice and take 5 temporary routines in September.
