| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to TC positive sample DETAILS: Spoke with Tom about the alert. System had installed a chlorination unit for residual maintenance. System has a chlorine test kit and checks residual daily. This was not noted for the system. Sample was taken prior to chlorination. Went over sampling procedures for repeat samples and routines needed for October. Also went over proper sampling locations and to make sure the sample is taken from a spot representative in the distribution system - after chlorination. ACTION NEEDED: DWP to update SWDIS on chlorination and set up coliform sample schedule. System to collect 4 repeat samples ASAP and 5 routine samples in October. | ||
