| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive repeat samples DETAILS: Sent email to Kathleen to let her know about the 4 repeat samples were positive. I asked her to let me know what they were going to do. If they intend to keep using the system they would need to post a public notice and provide a copy to this office. If they plan on shutting the system down and disinfecting they just need to notify this office. 8/10/09 Kathleen emailed back and indicated the system will be shut down and disinfected. The system will be re sampled on this date. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results and respond as necessary. | ||
