Asked her if they intend to keep using the hand pump they would need to post a public notice and provide a copy to this office. If they plan on shutting the hand pump down and disinfecting they just need to notify this office. 8/10/09 Kathleen emailed back and indicated that the hand pump will be shut done and disinfected.
