| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 8/5/09 sample positive. Two of the 4 repeats taken on 8/7/09 were positive. Called Bob and left a message regarding follow up measures on this system. On 8/12/09 I received a fax of the public notice for a continuing positive coliform violation. The public notice indicated that the system is being bleached and flushed. On 8/25/09 I called Hennings again and left a message. Then I called Umpqua research lab to see if any additional sampling has been done. They confirmed that a special sample was done on 8/12/09 and was good. Hopefully the problem has been corrected. ACTION NEEDED: System meeds to do 5 routines next month. | ||
