| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic exceeding the MCL DETAILS: 5/26/09 I wrote a letter informing them that the running annual average for arsenic has exceeded the MCL and gave them three options to take corrective action and a 30 timeline to notify me of their choice of action. 8/17/09 I spoke with Dee and informed her they need to make a decision regarding corrective action. She says that system will be installing a treatment system. I advised her to have them submit plans to the state ASAP to avoid enforcement action. ACTION NEEDED: Corrective action is being taken up by the state enforcement. | ||
