| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Follow up with operator regarding ongoing issue. System needs to complete 4 repeat samples by the 21st of August and 1 temporary routine by the end of August. ACTION NEEDED: I would recommend the system be shock chlorinated. Due to the extremely high concentration of chlorine residual during that process the water can not be used for much. It would be best for the operator to contact our office for directions as to how best accomplish this task. | ||
