| Details: | SUMMARY: Assistance in understanding water requirements. DETAILS: Was emailed on 8/11/09. Called number that was located on information and number was disconnected. Therefore went to location to inquire about any needed assistance. Mr. Khan stated that there had been confusion between himself and the owner on who was responsible for testing the water. They had straightened the matter out and Mr. Khan would be testing. I informed him that coliform sample was required every quarter and nitrate once per year. Mr. Khan stated that he would get the samples taken. ACTION NEEDED: Need to obtain samples for coliform and nitrate | ||
