| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform repeats DETAILS: Meg contacted me about which samples to take when 3 or 4 samples were positive for coliform. They took four and did not take the required five samples as I had explained to Maria Luisa. Meg has already ordered four more samples marked routine for September. Meg stated that the well had been shut down and restarted just prior to the routine samples and could have resulted in the samples being positive again on the second rebound of sampling. ACTION NEEDED: All 4 repeats negative. 5 routines due in October. If all negative firm may resume quarterly monitoring. If any positives are indicated the firm must post a public notice send copy to state and should chlorinate well. | ||
