Details: SUMMARY: Answer questions on monthly turbidity report DETAILS: Called Mike to make sure correct questions as per the type of filtration were being answered. Verified cartridge filters were still in use and as such questions titled "cartridge filtration" need to be answered relative to monthly report form and not direct/conventional questions. ACTION NEEDED: Operator required to answer questions on monthly basis.
