| Details: | SUMMARY: High 90th% alert DETAILS: Received alert 9/16/09. Left message for Darrell to call. Left message in pm for him to call. Emailed Larry Hanson 9/17/09 to contact our department. Message from Hanson on 9/18/09 with different phone number. Spoke with Brad Daniels at the state. Sample from cafeteria was high. Sample taken 7/28/09, school not in session at that time. Unknown how long the water had set. Left message for Hanson. Contact Hanson on 9/21/09. Explained the necessity to resample ASAP and how to sample. ACTION NEEDED: Resample ASAP, contact our department if they cannot get the sample taken soon. If sample is not taken by September 22, 2009 then education notice must be began. Provide cafeteria with instruction to flush lines prior to cooking in the morning. | ||
