| Details: | Spoke to and emailed Carl the Tier 2 Public Notice is due in 1 month, and how to return to compliance otherwise. Essentially, Youngs River needs to continue methodically making positive changes to the system as it has for the better part of the last year. We saw some benefits, but not quite enough just yet. It sounds like contacting the Circuit Rider could be helpful to consider things we have not yet. But otherwise TOC, chlorine residual, residence times, reservoir levels have all been considered or addressed. TOC samples at the head of the plant could possibly be different than the ND and 0.61 ppm results from the two raw sources. If TOC result is higher at the plant, consider flushing the 4 miles of raw pipeline. |
