| Details: | SUMMARY: Richard contacted me regarding positive repeat DETAILS: Talked with Richard and he is disinfecting and cleaning the sample tap and will take a special sample. The laundry room is not a site on the coliform bacteria sampling plan and he will not use it as a site in the future. Richard well draw 5 routine samples in September. 9/2/09 5 routine samples are absent for coliform. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
