| Details: | SUMMARY: Contact for positive repeats DETAILS: 8/14/09 Mike still out of the office and talked to secretary and she would have Mike call m ASSP. Mike spoke with Dave Leland over the weekend. Mike had notified all users and had a contractor coming in the next day, August 16, to chlorinate and flush the well and distribution system. Dave told him to be sure all chlorine was gone before sampling to establish that coliforms were eliminated. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
