| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Informed Thomas that he needed to close down his motel. The motel would be closed until the results of the 4 repeat samples were obtained. The results will be reviewed and then a decision on when he can reopen will be made. Mr. Lee agreed and informed me that he would contact his people in Farewell Bend and tell then to close down the hotel. ACTION NEEDED: Review repeat results. | ||
