| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Four repeat samples were taken 9/9/090 and came back positive. This facility has had a MCL violation. These four samples were reportedly taken from within the hotel. This does not tell us anything about the source. I told the owner that he must take a source sample of the well so that we can get a better idea of where the contamination might be originating. He will get this sample submitted on 9/16/09. Follow up will be based on the result of this test. Facility is already under a public notice requirement. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for sampling result. Follow up based on this result. | ||
