| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform follow up DETAILS: Received alert 9/14/09 late pm. Called Larry in am 9/15/09. The maintenance man called him on Saturday to inform him that the chlorinator was not functioning. And probably not on Friday when the sample was taken. They cleared a blockage in the chlorinator tubes on Saturday. Chlorinator now functioning. ACTION NEEDED: Chlorinator repaired, system flushed, chlorine reading now at 0.3ppm and four repeat samples taken. | ||
