Details: SUMMARY: Positive routine coliform DETAILS: Contacted Alan and explained that 4 repeat samples were needed. Alan explained he was very certain a positive was received due to poor sampling technique and asked if he could only retake 1 sample. Alan was referred to state where it was noted that since he had already taken only 1 repeat sample, he would receive notice of violation and in the future 4 repeat samples would be required. Repeat sample was taken and negative for coliform on 8/20 ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 routine samples in September 2009
