| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed disconnection/disbanding of Lees Camp System DETAILS: I called Randy Loftesness to discuss the administrative order issued originally to John Lund and Clint/Cindy haugen. I stated that after much discussion the Department determined that because the two homes owned by Mr. Loftesness were connected to the Lees Camp system he would need to comply with the administrative order unless he chose to disconnect from the Lees Camp water system. Mr. Lostesness stated he would mail us a letter stating his intent to disconnect after I send him an email with specifics. ACTION NEEDED: I send an email to Randy Loftesness requesting a letter be submitted to the Department before the end of October that declares his intent to disconnect his homes from the Lees Camp water system. The letter will also request a photo be submitted to show the physical disconnection of the well, and also request a diagram to verify where the disconnection occurred. | ||
