She said she would discuss missing report with the system operator and call back with the results. Past sample submitted for ARS, it was taken on 6/11/07. Nitrate not taken for 2007. ARS sample was taken 6/9/08 and Nitrate sample was taken 4/11/08. Returned to compliance for ARS SNC 8/4/08. VOC SNC returned to compliance 9/8/08. ACTION NEEDED: Submit past sample results. Sample yearly and turn in to the state DW program on time to avoid SNC status. | ||
