| Details: | SUMMARY: Two consecutive missing NO3 samples DETAILS: 3/23/09: spoke to Scott regarding the missing samples. He was under the impression that the lab was sending the results directly to the State DW Program in Portland. Umpqua Research faxed copies of the missing results to the Roseburg Office and these were forwarded to the State DW Program. ACTION NEEDED: Submit past samples to the State DW Program. Take nitrate sample for 2009 and submit directly to the state. | ||
