Details:	SUMMARY: One repeat sample collected 10/23/09 tested positive for Total Coliform. Note this sample actually should have been labeled as a special. DETAILS: 10/31/08 – Daniel Hough and I met with David Willard at Hinson Estates today. A number of items were discussed including (1) addressing weak points in the system which include siliconing/spray foaming around the wires at the entry to the well head-- repairing the well casing vent-- replacing the wood stick used to gauge the water level in the storage tank with a pvc pipe-- replacing the upward facing hose bib at the well with a downward facing sample tap-- and locating the lid to the storage tank. (2) Collecting and submitting a special sample after the items in (1) are addressed. (3) Calling me after (1) and (2) are done. We did observe that a chlorinator is present but is not on line at this time. If a clean special sample is obtained after addressing the items in (1), then we do not recommend placing the chlorinator on line. 11/12/08 – David Willard called and said that they attempted to bring a sample to the lab, but the sample was refused because it was too cold. He said he would bring another sample in ASAP. 11/27/08 – I spoke with Neilson Research today, they said that no samples have been submitted since 10/23/08-- I spoke with Daniel Hough today and discussed Hinson Estate inability to collect and submit samples with him. 12/17/08 – One sample (routine) was submitted to Neilson Research and tested for Total Coliform. ACTION NEEDED: One routine Coliform Bacteria sample needs to be collected 1st quarter 2009.
