She said she could not remember if it was taken but would send a copy of it to the state and fax a copy to the County if found. We discussed submitting a sample for this quarter as soon as possible. ACTION NEEDED: Submit past sample results if available. Sample TCR quarterly and turn in to the state DW program on time. | ||
