| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat samples not submitted after positive coliform sample #34657 DETAILS: 10/29/08: Unable to contact operator by phone. Memo given to Gerry Myers to address violation during next inspection. 11/14/08: called new number and spoke to owner. He was unaware that repeat sample was required and had been out of town (did not read letter that was sent). We discussed taking 5 routine samples as soon as possible. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 routine samples and fax to the County and The State. Check up and ensure samples taken and submitted. | ||
