| Details: | SUMMARY: Emergency Response Plan (ERP) DETAILS: Mad field visit to operator to follow up and discuss content and purpose of ERP. Gave paper copy to operator and discussed with them what is required for the ERP and why its needed. Also gave them info on where the electronic form can be found online. Further discussed the time frame for completing the plan and where the completion form need to be sent. Made follow up phone call with operator on 8/11/09 to clarify some details of the ERP and again briefly review what is required. ACTION NEEDED: Operator to complete ERP form and mail completion to state. | ||
