| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform and Emergency Response Plan (ERP) DETAILS: Coliform alert 7/28/09. Made field visit and inquired about ERP in case of positive E.coli. Stated facility needed a back up plan for continuing to provide water to patrons in the event the water would test positive for E.coli. Operator indicated he did not have an ERP. Briefly reviewed previous years inspection, part of which called for completing ERP. After reviewing next steps for positive coliform, re iterated need to have a ERP on file. Indicated to operator I would come back and provide a template copy of ERP and assist with completing ERP. ACTION NEEDED: Will meet again with operator to review further and provide template copy. | ||
