| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform sample 7/27/09 DETAILS: Received positive notification 7/28/09 at 5:47pm. Called and spoke with Brad on 7/29/09 at 8:15am. Will work with Brad to take 4 repeat samples by early afternoon and submit to lab for retesting. Met with Brad at 11am 7/29/09 and worked together to collect 4 random samples inside and outside of facility. Brad will deliver samples to lab before 1pm today. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeats and submit to lab before 5pm today. Await test results and further follow up action may be necessary, depending on results for newly submitted samples. | ||
