Gave paper copy and discussed with them what is required for the ERP and why the info in needed. Also gave information on where the electronic form can be found online. Discussed the time frame for completing the plan and where the completion form needs to be sent after the plan is finished ACTION NEEDED: Operator to complete ERP and mail to state. | ||
