| Details: | SUMMARY: Emergency Response Plan (ERP) DETAILS: Met with owner at coffee shop to discuss in detail ERP and provide paper copy. Reviewed in detail all components of ERP with operator and what the necessary requirements are for having a completed ERP. Further reviewed proof of completion page and follow up action after the ERP is completed. Spent a few minutes completing the initial emergency contact information page with operator. ACTION NEEDED: Operator needs to complete all aspects of ERP and mail proof of completion form to state. | ||
