| Details: | SUMMARY: Resident complaint DETAILS: Resident stated water had a bad smell also had diarrhea, nausea and myalgia, bladder obstruction and colonoscopy to diagnose ailment. ACTION NEEDED: Explained the order was aesthetic and not necessarily a symptom of a problem. The operator was following monthly water tests and had not had any detect. I informed her that I would do a Sanitary Survey on the water system and make sure everything was being done correctly. | ||
