Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Received alert morning of 9/15/09 contacted Loren and explained the him 4 repeat samples were needed. Loren will take 4 repeat samples and submit to lab before 5pm on 9/15/09. All 4 repeat samples came back absent . ACTION NEEDED: Regular routine monitoring and maintenance.
